    Moves should be booked with the Building Manager at least 48 hours in advance to ensure that the required booking time is available. The more time you can allow when making a booking the more likely your preferred time can be accommodated.

    It is a firm requirement that a move be booked and confirmed with the onsite manager prior to making any move arrangements.

    1.  After confirmation of settlement and prior to your occupancy date, you must contact the Manager to arrange a booking time for your move. The Manager can be contacted on: M: 0477 800 850 or bm@emeraldmelbourne.com.au.
    2.  Moves and/or deliveries are permitted Monday – Friday as specified by the onsite Building Manager. Please contact the Building Manager to arrange your move and delivery booking.
    3. A removalist must supply copies of current public liability insurance to the manager or nominated representative prior to the move commencing.
    4. Occupiers who are moving themselves in or out are liable for any damages caused during the course of the move.

    Moves shall not be permitted unless the Manager has confirmed a booking.
